The purpose of this product is to increase the life of ladles, troughs, permanent molds, and tools contacted with molten iron, steel and copper alloys. 

Different tools were brushed with Hi Temp Ladle Kote 500.

Hi Temp Ladle Kote 500 demonstrates excellent resistance and non-wetting properties to molten iron, steel and copper alloys.

Life of fiber dip ladles increased 3 to 4 times.

Life of ceramic or metal chutes increased 10 times.

Maintenance of ladles changed from every day to once every 4 working days.

Maintenance of steel troughs changed form every 4 days to 40 working days.

Copper alloys do not stick to permanent molds giving a decrease in cleaning time and increase the life of permanent molds.
